Shipping policy

WE OFFER FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Your order will ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other carriers. In most cases, your order will be delivered within  6  to 13 days. We are not responsible for delays in making delivery or failure to make delivery due to causes beyond our control including, but not limited to, acts of regulations of any governmental authority, fire, work stoppages or slowdowns, accident, flood, war, national emergency, acts of God, public disorder, transportation shortages or delays, and shortages of fuel or materials.

PURCHASE TERMS

By selecting an available option, completing the order form and paying the associated fee, You are making a purchase (“Purchase”). When a Customer makes a  purchase, the Customer agrees to abide by the terms of this Agreement and represent and warrant that You as the Customer (i) are at least 18 years of age, (ii) are legally able to enter into this Agreement with Hue Hearing, and (iii) understand that the hearing aids provided under this Agreement are not intended for use by anyone under age 18. If You as the Customer do not agree with the foregoing, You may not Purchase and must return hearing aid(s) (“Device”) and all associated accessory parts and materials (collectively “Equipment”) to Us. This Agreement is deemed to be received by You as the Customer and is effective on the date on which You Purchase (“Effective Date”) and continues until terminated by either party

(We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.)
