Has improved my hearing can't believe that l can hear my kitchen clock ticking and alarm going off if my fridge door is not closed properly. This may seem trivial but for me it's fantastic. I did not realise how high the sound was turned up. Or people saying l was shouting when talking. It's because people don't realise that when you don't hear your own voice deaf people shout.
